Donations

We are doing our best to raise money for the church by running fundraising events in the village but we are always grateful for donations. All the money we receive goes to St Laurence Church where it is held in a protected account which is specifically assigned to the bell restoration work. If you make a donation using the button below you will be taken to the secure PayPal site where you can use your credit card or PayPal account to send us a donation:

PayPal charge us for the processing of your payment. This is about 3% of the total with a minimum charge of 25 pence. We feel that this is good value. It's 25 pence on a £1 donation and 30 pence on a £10 donation; much the same as the cost of putting a cheque in an envelope and buying a stamp.

Sponsorship

If you are considering a larger donation to commemorate a special event or to remember a loved one then please visit our sponsorship page where you will find details of how you can sponsor a component for the tower - anything from the rope guides at £75 to the steel framework at £5,000.
