Carol singing in the pub
On the evening of Saturday 22nd December the Alvechurch Bellringers were in full voice carol singing around the pubs in the village of Alvechurch. We must give special thanks to the landlords of The Swan, The Red Lion, The Weighbridge & The Crown for allowing us into their premises and for letting us perform for their customers. Thanks also to the generous patrons of these pubs who donated over £100 towards the St Laurence Bell Restoration Fund that evening.
The total now stands at a little over £13,000; almost a quarter of the way towards our target of £60,000.
